Refund Policy

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

We kindly ask that you notify us within 3 days of delivery if any items are missing or arrive damaged 🕒.

 

If damage occurs during shipping, we will promptly assist you by filing a claim with the freight carrier on your behalf 📝.
 

Once the claim is approved, you will receive a store credit equal to 50% of the damaged item's value, which can be applied to a future purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable 🚫.
 

❗ Important: We do not offer direct cash refunds for damaged or missing items; compensation will be provided in the form of store credit only.
